Flowers in Altstadt
Düsseldorf's Altstadt is the city's tourist business card — and at the same time a residential area with a dense restaurant and hotel scene. Our deliveries here are often more demanding than elsewhere: narrow lanes, many pedestrian zones, hotel concierges as receivers. We know the area.
In the Altstadt we deliver daily to hotels (Breidenbacher Hof, Hyatt not directly in the Altstadt but nearby), restaurants (Burgplatz, Bolkerstraße, harbour) and private addresses around Carlsplatz and Mertensgasse.
Typical occasions: birthday bouquets to hotel guests, engagement bouquets to restaurants (pre-order recommended), congratulations arrangements to offices near Berger Straße, funeral floristry for residents.
We deliver weekdays 9–18, Saturdays 9–14. Sundays on request with surcharge.
Pedestrian zone note: many Altstadt addresses are foot-access only. We deliver there by cargo bike — often faster than any car and our drivers know the shortcuts.
For personal hand-off: we hold the bouquet at our shop (Duisburger Straße 55, Pempelfort). The U-Bahn (U78/U79) reaches the Altstadt in 8 minutes — no parking hassle.

- Do you deliver to the pedestrian zone?
- Yes — we use a cargo bike and know the access points. Please note the entrance or door marker in the order.
- Can you deliver to a hotel room?
- Yes — we hand off at the concierge. Provide hotel name, guest name and ideally arrival date.
- How fast does the bouquet reach the Altstadt?
- Order by 12:00, usually delivered the same day by 18:00. Later orders go out the next working day.
