Condolence Flower Delivery
When someone dies, every detail matters — and time is often short. We take the floristry off your hands: we bind dignified funeral flowers, write the card or ribbon and deliver on time to the house of mourning, funeral hall or cemetery. You give us the occasion, address and timing — we handle the rest with the care a farewell deserves.

How it works: you come into the shop, call or message via the contact form. We discuss the occasion (condolences to the family, funeral service, burial), the desired form (bouquet, arrangement, wreath, bowl), colour palette and budget. You give us the delivery address and — most importantly — the exact time the flowers must be on site.
Card and ribbon included: on request we write a sympathy card or a printed ribbon ('In silent mourning', 'In loving memory' or a personal text). We're glad to help with the wording — finding the right tone is part of our work. You'll find examples and etiquette in our guides.
Timing is everything: a funeral service has a fixed start, and flowers should arrive well before. We plan delivery so the arrangement stands ready in the funeral hall in time, or the condolence piece reaches the house of mourning before the guests. Ideally allow 1–2 days' lead so we can source special varieties at the Veiling Rhein-Maas. If it's more urgent, just ask — much can be arranged at short notice.
Dignified design: we work with calm, noble colours — white, cream, soft green, muted tones — or, on request, the favourite colours of the deceased. Classic and restrained or natural and personal: we bind to suit the person and the occasion, never by template.
Delivery and handover: we deliver in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. We know the procedures at cemeteries and funeral halls — where to leave pieces, when the hall opens, who to hand over to. On request we coordinate with the funeral home. You receive confirmation that the flowers have arrived.
Freshness from the Veiling: we buy daily at the Veiling Rhein-Maas in A1 quality. Especially with funeral flowers, which often stand for hours in a hall, freshness makes the difference — the flowers should look dignified throughout the entire service.
Frequently asked
- How much lead time do you need for a funeral delivery?
- Ideally 1–2 days, so we can source special varieties and bind everything calmly. For short-notice cases, same-day or next-day delivery is often possible — just call us and we'll tell you honestly what's feasible.
- Do you deliver directly to the cemetery or funeral hall?
- Yes. We deliver to the cemetery, funeral hall or house of mourning and time it so the flowers are on site well before the service begins. On request we coordinate the handover with the funeral home.
- Can you write a card or ribbon?
- Of course. We write a sympathy card or print a ribbon with your text. If words fail you, we suggest fitting wording — dignified and personal. You'll find more examples in our mourning guides.
- What budget should I plan for?
- A condolence bouquet starts at €35, a funeral arrangement at €60, a funeral wreath at €90. There's room upward for larger or special pieces. We advise honestly on what suits the occasion and your budget — dignity isn't a matter of size.
