Funeral Wreath Service

A funeral wreath is a final farewell that speaks for itself. In a difficult time we take the floristry entirely off your hands: you tell us the relationship to the deceased, a colour wish and the ribbon text — we bind the wreath to measure and deliver it on time to the funeral hall or graveside. Personal, calm, and without you having to handle the details.

Made-to-measure funeral wreath with mourning ribbon

How it works: you come into the shop, call, or message via the contact form. Calmly we go through the key points — relationship to the deceased, desired size, colour world, ribbon text, plus the place and time of the funeral. From this we bind a wreath that suits the person and the occasion. You don't have to worry about anything else.

Size by relationship: the size of a funeral wreath traditionally follows closeness to the deceased. Closest family usually choose a large, generous wreath; friends, colleagues or clubs a medium one. We advise you honestly on which size fits your situation — you'll find more on the symbolism in our guide to meaning and size.

Flower choice and style: classic and dignified with roses, chrysanthemums and carnations, light and bright with white lilies and lisianthus, or natural with seasonal blooms and greenery. We work with what arrives fresh from the Veiling Rhein-Maas auction and match colour and form to your wish — muted and quiet or with a warm accent.

Ribbon and text: a mourning ribbon with a personal message belongs to the wreath — such as „In quiet mourning“, „In love and gratitude“ or with names and a dedication. You give us the wording; we print and attach the ribbon in a matching colour. If you're unsure about the phrasing, we're glad to help.

Lead time and delivery: ideally let us know one to two days before the funeral — then we can source special varieties and bind without rush. If it's more urgent, we almost always find a solution. We deliver the wreath on time to the funeral hall, chapel or directly to the graveside in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area, coordinating the handover time with you or the funeral director.

Personal consultation is always free and walk-in. We know how taxing the organisation is at this time, and we take the calm you need — whether you have clear ideas or want to be guided.
