Flowers in Eller
Eller lies in the south-east of Düsseldorf and has kept its own, almost small-town village centre. Around Gertrudisplatz with the neo-Gothic Gertrudiskirche (St. Gertrud) you find residential streets, small shops and plenty of green. Our bouquets here mostly land in family households, with long-standing residents and at funerals at the Eller cemetery — classic and warm rather than fashionable.
Eller is an established residential neighbourhood with its own centre: around Gertrudisplatz and the historic Gumbertstraße shopping street, plus quiet residential areas along Vennhauser Allee and Schloßallee towards Schloss Eller and its park. The clientele is mixed — many families, couples and older residents who have known their district for decades.
Typical occasions: birthdays and family anniversaries, get-well and Mother's Day bouquets, table arrangements for celebrations near the castle park, and above all funeral floristry for the Eller cemetery in the heart of the district. Classic, long-lasting bouquets and bound arrangements are in demand.
We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. Eller sits on the south-eastern edge of the city and is a fair distance from our Pempelfort shop — same-day is not guaranteed. We deliver by arrangement, most reliably with one day's lead time; with an early-morning order, same-day delivery can often still be arranged.
Stylistically we recommend classic, warm bouquets for Eller: roses, lisianthus, carnations and chrysanthemums in calm tones, with seasonal greenery. For funerals we bind wreaths, bowls and coffin arrangements in coordinated colours — in A1 quality from Veiling Rhein-Maas.
Honest about the connection: from Pempelfort (Duisburger Str. 55) it is around 7 km across the city, roughly 20 to 25 minutes by car depending on traffic. By public transport Eller is reached via the S-Bahn S1/S6 (Eller Mitte and Eller Süd stops) or the U75 light rail with its terminus at Vennhauser Allee. For us this means a longer drive than to the inner-city districts — please allow for lead time.

- Is same-day delivery to Eller possible?
- Not guaranteed. Eller is about 7 km from our Pempelfort shop, which makes for a longer run. With an early-morning order same-day delivery can often still be arranged — most reliable is one day's lead time. If in doubt give us a quick call and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
- Do you deliver funeral floristry to the Eller cemetery?
- Yes — wreaths, bowls and coffin arrangements for the Eller cemetery in the heart of the district. Please allow at least 1 day's lead time, ideally 2 for wreaths. We coordinate timing and colour with you and, on request, with the funeral director.
- Is there a minimum order for Eller?
- There is no fixed minimum order for the flowers themselves. Because of the longer drive to the city edge a somewhat larger bouquet or an arrangement makes more sense — delivery starts from €6. Feel free to talk to us about budget and occasion.
