Flowers in Hamm

Hamm sits in the Rhine bend south of the city centre and is fondly called „Kappes-Hamm“ — after its long cabbage and market-garden tradition; more than half the district is still farmed today. The townscape is loosely built and calm: we deliver around Hammer Dorfstraße with St. Blasius parish church, Fährstraße (recalling the old Rhine ferry to Neuss) and the Am Kuhtor terminus.

Typical occasions in Hamm: milestone birthdays and family anniversaries in the quiet residential streets, the big marksmen's and folk festival, plus funeral floristry for Hamm's long-established families. The clientele is down-to-earth and values consistency — regulars who know what they get.

We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. Because Hamm lies on the city edge in the Rhine bend and a little further from our shop, same-day is only partly possible: order early in the morning (by around 11:00) and we usually manage the same day, otherwise we deliver the next working day. Honest connection from our shop in Pempelfort (Duisburger Str. 55): Hamm is around 6 km to the south, roughly 15–20 minutes by car through the city depending on traffic. Tram line 706 serves Hamm directly (terminal loop at the S-Bahn station, stop Am Kuhtor) and the S-Bahn stops at the Düsseldorf-Hamm halt (S8, S11, S28). For us that means reliable delivery, but a bit more lead time than the inner-city neighbourhoods.
