Flowers in Hellerhof

Hellerhof is clearly laid out: the Hellerhofweg runs through the district as its main artery, alongside streets like Koblenzer Straße, Graf-von-Stauffenberg-Straße and Eichsfelder Straße. The A59 motorway and the B8 split the district into an eastern part with denser housing and the suburban station and a western part with the Hellerhof-Passage shopping centre. Pedestrian bridges over the expressway and the Garather Mühlenbach stream connect both halves.

Typical occasions here: birthdays and first-day-of-school celebrations in young families, Mother's Day and confirmations, bouquets for moving into the first own house. As many residents are parents of small children, grandparents from other districts often order a bouquet to be sent here — we deliver straight to the terraced-house door.

We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. Honestly: Hellerhof sits at the southernmost tip of Düsseldorf, around 16 km from our shop in Pempelfort. Same-day is not guaranteed here — we serve the south in bundled tours and preferably by arrangement. Please order a day in advance so we can plan the route reliably and the flowers arrive fresh.

Stylistically the green family neighbourhood suits natural arrangements: friendly, bright bouquets with seasonal flowers, tulips and ranunculus in spring, sunflowers and meadow mixes in summer. For garden owners we also love potted plants and planted bowls for the terrace and entrance. Our goods come fresh from Veiling Rhein-Maas — A1 quality that survives the longer drive south well.

Connection from Pempelfort: around 16 km, roughly 25 to 30 minutes by car via the A46 and A59. By suburban train (line S6, supplemented by the S68) you reach Hellerhof station from the main station in a good fifteen minutes; locally bus line 789 and express bus SB57 run. For us that means: plannable but not spontaneous — hence the honest request for a little lead time.
