Knittkuhl is one of Düsseldorf’s greenest and quietest districts — only independent since 2014, split off from Hubbelrath and sitting at the edge of the Aaper Wald. Instead of inner-city bustle, the streetscape is shaped by detached houses, terraced homes and smaller apartment blocks, many from the 1960s, marked by the proximity of the Bergische Kaserne on Knittkuhler Straße. Our bouquets land here in well-kept front gardens and with families who value quality and longevity.
Knittkuhl lies in Borough 7 (Gerresheim, Grafenberg, Ludenberg, Hubbelrath, Knittkuhl) in the far east of Düsseldorf, framed by woodland and fields up to the city border with Ratingen. The main arteries are Knittkuhler Straße, Bergische Landstraße (B7) and Ludenberger Straße — surrounded by gentle hills, towards Gerresheim the nature reserve around the Pillebachtal and Gallberg, and the long-established restaurant Gut Knittkuhle by the Aaper Wald.
Typical occasions here are very family-oriented: milestone birthdays, confirmations and communions, wedding anniversaries, bouquets for grandparents, and funeral floristry for burials in the cemeteries around Gerresheim and Ludenberg. Customers tend to order classic and refined rather than playful.
We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. Knittkuhl, however, is far from our shop in Pempelfort — we cannot reliably promise genuine same-day delivery out here. Please order for Knittkuhl at least 1 day in advance; deliveries to the east are made by arrangement on a bundled route.

Public transport in the eastern hill districts is considered in need of improvement — Knittkuhl is mainly served by bus lines such as the 733 (Hubbelrath – Knittkuhl – Gerresheim – Grafenberg) and the 730 plus connections in Gerresheim and Ludenberg. That is why we drive our own delivery van.
