Flowers in Oberbilk
Oberbilk is one of Düsseldorf's densest and most colourful districts — a former working-class and industrial quarter stretching out behind the central station. More than a third of the people here have international roots, and that shapes our orders: from classic birthday bouquets to large, vibrant arrangements for family celebrations and funeral flowers we bring into the multicultural heart of the neighbourhood.
Oberbilk lies southeast of the central station and is densely built — Wilhelminian apartment blocks, lively shopping streets and the Oberbilker Markt as a green centre. We deliver along Kölner Straße, Oberbilker Allee, Ellerstraße and Kruppstraße, as well as into the residential streets around Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz and the St. Josef church.
Typical occasions: birthdays and family celebrations, large bouquets for weddings and engagements, get-well flowers for the many practices in the area, and funeral arrangements. Because Oberbilk is so international, bold colours and lush bouquets are often more in demand here than restrained pastels.
We deliver on weekdays and Saturdays. Oberbilk is one of the closer districts, so same-day delivery is usually possible when ordered by around 12:00 — on very busy days we deliver the next day by arrangement.
Stylistically we recommend colourful, generously bound bouquets for Oberbilk: gerberas, roses, lilies and seasonal cut flowers from Veiling Rhein-Maas in A1 quality. For family celebrations we also build larger table arrangements and bouquets that are allowed to make an entrance.
