Wittlaer sits in the very north of Düsseldorf, on the right bank of the Rhine in Borough 5, and has kept its village character. Among old farmsteads, the Schwarzbach stream and the villa areas of Bockum on the Rhine lives an upmarket, rather classic clientele.
