The free ceremony is the moment when all eyes rest on you — and the flowers frame exactly that instant. We design the arch, the altar area, the chair décor and the aisle to fit the venue, the season and your style. Consultation, planning and budget come from one hand — we take care of it, you enjoy the day.
How it works: it starts with a personal conversation — in the shop, by phone or via the contact form. We settle the cornerstones: venue (outdoor, barn, hall, garden), date and season, number of guests, your palette and your style. From this we develop a concept with a clear scope and a transparent budget range before anything is ordered.
Scope: we design the ceremony arch (round, asymmetric half-side or as a triangle or moon gate), the altar or ceremony area, chair and bench décor along the front rows, and the aisle to the arch with scattered blooms, petals or small ground arrangements. On request we add the bridal bouquet, buttonholes and table décor for the reception, so everything shares one signature.
Lead time and timing: for a fully designed free ceremony we ideally plan several weeks to months ahead, especially in the high season from May to September. This secures preferred varieties and the delivery date. On the wedding day we set up on site, align the arch and check every detail before guests arrive — and on request we collect the rental elements the following day.
Style and options: whether lush-romantic with pampas grass and dried accents, classic-elegant in white and green, wild-natural in meadow style or colour-intense to the season — we tailor the design to you. An arch can be richly entwined or set with two pointed clouds of blooms; depending on budget and venue, we find the form that suits you and the room together.
Practice and freshness: we source daily at the Veiling Rhein-Maas in A1 quality — meaning the flowers for your ceremony are freshly cut and hold through the long day in sun and warmth. Instead of mass we focus on love for detail and on varieties that are genuinely at their best on your date. What won't hold doesn't go on the arch.

- For a fully designed free ceremony we recommend several weeks to months of lead time, especially in the high season from May to September. This secures your date, preferred varieties and enough time for the consultation. Shorter notice is sometimes possible too — just ask.
- Do you set up on site at the venue?
- Yes. On the wedding day we deliver, build the arch, arrange chair décor and aisle, and check every detail before guests arrive. On request we collect rental elements such as the arch frame the next day. Set-up and delivery are coordinated with your timeline in advance.
- What does floristry for a free ceremony cost?
- Arch décor alone starts around €350, a complete package of arch, chair décor and aisle from about €750. The exact price depends on venue, size, varieties and season — after the consultation you receive a transparent written quote with no hidden items.
- Can the bridal bouquet and table décor share the same style?
- Gladly. On request we design the bridal bouquet, buttonholes for witnesses and family, and the reception table décor in the same signature as the ceremony. That way your palette and style run through the entire day.
