Registry Office Flower Service
A registry office wedding is small and personal — the flowers may be too. Our registry office service is made exactly for that: a delicate bridal bouquet and a matching boutonnière, coordinated with each other, without the effort of full wedding floristry. You tell us the date and colour, we handle the rest.
How it works: you come into the shop, call, or message via the contact form. We sort out the few things that matter — date and time of the ceremony, colour preference (or „to match the dress“), style, and whether it's just the bouquet or also boutonnières for the partner and witnesses. That's all the registry office service needs.
Scope: at its heart is a deliberately smaller bridal bouquet — compact, light in the hand, lovely in the registry office photos. Alongside it we bind a matching boutonnière for the partner. On request we add boutonnières for the witnesses or a little table arrangement for the meal afterwards. All from one hand, coordinated in colour and style.
Lead time and timing: the registry office service often needs little lead time — a few days are usually enough, sometimes even shorter notice works. If you want a specific flower (peonies, say, or a particular rose variety), we source it on order at the Veiling Rhein-Maas auction; plan 2–3 days for that. We bind fresh for the wedding day so the bouquet is at its best exactly then.
Style and options: classic-elegant with roses and lisianthus, romantic with peonies and gypsophila, modern-reduced or loosely natural in meadow style. We work to your dress, the season and your taste. Because the bouquet is small, every single bloom comes into its own — quality over quantity.
Practice and handover: we work with A1-grade flowers that arrive fresh from the Veiling Rhein-Maas — the same daily sourcing we've relied on for over 45 years. You collect bouquet and boutonnière from us in Pempelfort on the wedding day; on request we also discuss delivery or handover at an agreed location.

- How much lead time do you need for the registry office?
- A few days are usually enough, and shorter notice often works too. Only for special varieties like peonies should you plan 2–3 days so we can source them specifically at the auction.
- Will the bouquet and boutonnière be coordinated?
- That is exactly the point of the set. We bind both from the same flowers and palette so the bouquet and boutonnière work together. We are glad to add witness boutonnières in the same style.
- What does the registry office service cost roughly?
- A small bridal bouquet starts around €45, a boutonnière from €8. As a set you start from about €55. We are transparent — what you pay shows in the flowers, and we are happy to stay within your budget.
- Can the bouquet and boutonnière be delivered?
- The default is collection from us in Pempelfort on the wedding day so everything is fresh. We are glad to arrange delivery or handover at an agreed location individually, depending on the date and time window.
