Table Decor Rental Düsseldorf
For weddings, corporate events and large birthdays it pays to rent table decor rather than buy — vases, candelabras, bowls, plus the floristry itself as a complete setup. We rent our pieces and deliver, install, retrieve.
Rental range: glass belly vases (classic and low), bud vases (for single-stem setups), candelabras (brass, glass), bowls for floral centres, mirror coasters.
Floristry as a package: table arrangement per table (small, medium, large variant), arch floristry for ceremonies, entry bouquets, buffet accents. We design the look with you.
Wedding process: 2–3 consultations in advance (style, season, budget), table decor preview 1 week before, delivery and installation on the wedding day, retrieval the next day or 2 days later.
Corporate events: often faster — table decor concept in 1 session, delivery and installation on event morning, retrieval after. Popular for summer parties and Christmas receptions.
Minimum scope: rental makes sense from about 6 tables or 60 guests. For smaller events, buying bouquets or individual arrangements is more sensible.
Deposit and insurance: we charge 30–50% deposit depending on material, fully returned on intact return. Breakage (vase, glass) is charged at replacement price from our supplier list.

- How far ahead should I inquire for a wedding?
- Ideally 4–8 months ahead, especially for May–September. We can work shorter notice too, but for rare varieties (peonies) and full setups, lead time helps.
- What happens if something breaks?
- We charge replacement price from our supplier list — transparent, no markup. For minor damage (e.g. a crack) we try to repair ourselves rather than charge.
- Do you also deliver to other cities (Cologne, Krefeld)?
- On request with surcharge for travel. Düsseldorf surroundings (15 km) is routine, further with a travel-time surcharge.
- Can we keep the decor after the event?
- Rental decor no. Floristry (bouquets, table arrangements) yes — these transfer to ownership and can be taken home. We can also gift the bouquets (e.g. to guests), the vases come back to us.
