Urn Arrangement Service
Flowers for an urn are different from those for a casket: smaller in scale, finer in form, dignified in expression. We craft them to measure — matched to the urn, the character of the person and your budget. You don’t have to organise anything yourself in this time: you tell us what matters to you, and we take care of the rest, right through to on-time delivery to the service.

How it works: you come into the shop, call, or write via the contact form. We discuss calmly: date and place of the service, the form of the arrangement (urn wreath, urn arrangement or loose scattered flowers), colour world, the favourite flowers of the person who has died, and your budget. From these cornerstones a design takes shape — not a catalogue item, but a piece made to measure.
Scope: we bind urn wreaths in a smaller format, low urn arrangements that frame or accompany the urn, as well as delicate scattered-flower work. On request we make a matching mourning ribbon with a personal text. Seasonal blooms and the person’s favourite motif can be woven in gently.
Lead time and timing: for a dignified made-to-measure urn arrangement we ask for two to three working days’ lead where possible — so we can source fresh varieties at the Veiling Rhein-Maas auction and work without haste. If it needs to be quicker, just ask: short notice is often possible, especially for smaller forms. We agree the exact delivery or handover time with you and, if you wish, directly with the funeral director.
Style and options: dignified-classic in white and green, warm and personal in the favourite colours of the person, or simple and modern. Because an urn is smaller than a casket, we keep the arrangement deliberately finer and quieter — it should accompany, not overwhelm. For deeper background on forms, meaning and selection, see our guides linked below.
Practice and freshness: we source daily in person at the Veiling Rhein-Maas and work in A1 quality. That means the blooms stand fresh and beautiful on the day of the service — a difference you notice especially in this moment. Delivery within the Düsseldorf area to the chapel, cemetery or to your home is possible.
Frequently asked
- How much lead time do you need for the urn arrangement?
