Wedding Table Decoration
The table is what your guests look at all evening. We design your wedding table decoration to match the venue, the bridal bouquet and the budget — from low scattered florals to tall centerpieces. You can rent the vessels, we handle set-up and teardown, so you carry nothing on the day itself.
How it works: you come into the shop or message us via the contact form. We settle the cornerstones — date, venue, number of tables and shape (long banquet tables or round tables), your palette and style (classic-lush, loose-natural or modern-pared-back). From this we develop a proposal with a reference image or a sample arrangement.
Height and quantity are the key decisions we make with you. Low arrangements (under 25 cm) let guests talk across the table — lovely for intimate rounds. Tall centerpieces on stands or in trumpet vases (from 60 cm) make the table festive and fill the room without blocking sightlines. We often mix the two: one tall piece per table, complemented by low scattered florals and candles. What fits best, we settle in the consultation.
You don't have to buy vases or vessels. We rent out trumpet vases, stands, glass cylinders, candle holders and low bowls against a rental fee and a deposit — after the celebration they come back to us. That saves you the purchase, storage and reselling afterwards.
On request we handle set-up and teardown directly at your venue in Düsseldorf and the surrounding area. We deliver the finished arrangements, dress the tables, check height and stability — and collect everything the next day or by arrangement. You have nothing to do with it on the wedding day.
We work with what arrives fresh from the Veiling Rhein-Maas auction — daily sourcing, A1 quality. Seasonal varieties are always the best choice for price and longevity; special wishes like peonies or particular rose shades we source to order with lead time for your date.
Timing: a conversation for the rough idea and a quote is welcome anytime. We ideally plan the wedding table decor firmly 2–4 months ahead, and lock the final variety choice and quantity a few weeks before the date once the guest count is set.
