Wedding Venue Decoration
Decorating a wedding venue with flowers is more than placing a few bouquets on tables. It is about the first impression at the entrance, the atmosphere above the buffet, the staircase for the photos and a coherent picture at the table. We handle this completely for you — planning, sourcing, set-up on the day and tear-down afterwards. You celebrate, we take care of the flowers.
How to book: it starts with a conversation — in our shop in Pempelfort, by phone or via the contact form. We clarify the cornerstones: date, venue, estimated number of guests, palette, style (classic, modern, wild-natural, opulent) and budget. If possible, you view the rooms with us or send photos and a floor plan. From this we develop a concrete concept with quantities and a price range — and on that basis you book bindingly.
Scope: we decorate the entire venue or individual areas — as needed. Typical are the entrance (reception, gate, welcome arrangement), the table decoration (runner arrangements, low or tall centrepieces, head table), the buffet, the staircase and railings as well as highlights like an arch or a photo wall. We also coordinate candles, vases and rentals.
Lead time and timing: for a complete decoration we recommend talking early — ideally several weeks to months ahead, especially in the high season from May to September. This secures the date and lets us source rare varieties through the Veiling Rhein-Maas auction. We try to accommodate short-notice requests, but the leeway in style and varieties is then smaller.
Style and options: we align with your palette and the venue. Romantic with peonies and eucalyptus, modern-graphic, wild-natural in meadow style or lush and opulent — anything is possible. We make sure the bridal bouquet, table decoration and room décor form a coherent picture. On request we coordinate the floristry with your bridal bouquet and the buttonhole flowers.
Set-up and tear-down: on the wedding day we deliver and set up on site before the guests arrive — coordinated with the venue and, where relevant, the caterer. On request we also handle the tear-down the following day, so you have nothing to worry about. We serve Düsseldorf and the surrounding area; for longer distances we discuss travel.
Practice and sourcing: we buy daily at the Veiling Rhein-Maas — A1 quality, freshly cut. For a wedding we plan the sourcing precisely for the day, so the flowers are at their most beautiful exactly when you celebrate. 45 years of experience mean we know what a whole venue needs and how much it really takes.

- How early should we book you?
- The earlier the better — especially in the high season from May to September. Several weeks to months of lead time give us certainty on date and sourcing. We are happy to check short-notice requests, but the leeway for rare varieties is then smaller.
- Do you handle set-up and tear-down at the venue?
- Yes. We deliver and set up on site on the wedding day, coordinated with the venue and, where relevant, the caterer. On request we also handle the tear-down the following day, so you have nothing to worry about.
- How much does venue decoration cost?
- That depends heavily on venue, guest count and scope. Individual table arrangements start at €35 per table, a complete decoration with entrance, tables and highlights usually starts at €1,500. In the first consultation we create a concept with a transparent price range — you see what you pay for.
- Do you also serve venues outside Düsseldorf?
- Yes. We regularly serve Düsseldorf and the immediate surroundings. For longer distances we discuss travel in advance, so everything stays plannable and the flowers arrive fresh.
