Season July to September. Easy to grow in German gardens — some florists cut from their own beds.
Dries virtually by itself. The petals are already 'dry' on the stem, drying barely changes the look. Classic for Advent wreaths, seasonal bouquets, lasting decor.
In wild-meadow bouquets as a strong colour accent. Mixed with hydrangeas and eucalyptus a modern late-summer composition.
