Anniversary Flowers
An anniversary mixes pride with memory. The bouquet should reflect that: not banal, not overdone — consciously chosen. For wedding anniversaries, florists often anchor to the traditional year symbol — silver (25), gold (50), diamond (60) — and translate that into colour and style.
Wedding anniversary — small numbers (1–9 years): a personal, familiar bouquet. The flowers the recipient particularly likes, in a composition that doesn't need to be 'large'. Tulips, ranunculus, peonies — by season.
Wedding anniversary — middle numbers (10–24 years): the bouquet grows more generous. Classics like roses combined with seasonal flowers, in a deliberate palette. Pastels or muted tones feel more mature than loud mixed bouquets.
Silver anniversary (25 years): white, cream, soft silver-green (eucalyptus). Calla, white peonies in season, lisianthus. For silver we often bind a restrained, monochrome composition — feels more classic than mixed colour.
Golden anniversary (50 years): warm tones, ideally with a gold accent. Apricot roses, yellow-peach shades, deep green. For this occasion we often do larger bouquets or two matching ones (one for each partner).
Diamond (60), iron (65), stone (67½), grace (70): these get increasingly symbolic. White and deep blue are classic diamond codes; at higher numbers it's often quiet-elegant rather than ornate.
Corporate anniversary: impression matters more than intimacy. Representative bouquets or table arrangements in company colours (when possible), higher stem counts, clean lines. We regularly deliver to Düsseldorf corporate events and can work to a brief.

- Classically white and silver-green — white roses, calla, lisianthus, plus eucalyptus. A restrained, almost monochrome composition feels more elegant than mixed. Optionally a silver vase stand or ribbon.
- What works for a golden anniversary?
- Apricot, peach, warm yellow with deep green — not pastels, rather rich warm tones. Apricot roses, yellow lilies (no scent allergy), sunflowers in season. Sometimes a gold ribbon.
- Are flowers appropriate for a corporate anniversary?
- Yes — especially as a reception or table arrangement. We recommend coordinated table arrangements for the event rather than a single bouquet. From 50–100 guests, a floristry concept is worth it (we're happy to consult in person).
- How large should an anniversary bouquet be?
- For small anniversaries (1–9 years) a normal personal bouquet (€40–60). From 10 years a more generous bouquet (€70–120) feels right. For silver, gold and beyond, bigger (€120–250) — sometimes combined with a vase as gift.
